We want you to love your hand made decoupage. If for any reason you do not, you can exchange or return it for a credit.
Please keep in mind that all items are handmade to order.
All non-custom items may be returned within 10 days for a merchandise credit, which is good for up to one year.
Please repack the item in its original packaging (if possible.) and write down if you would like to exchange the item for something different or if you would like a store credit.
Please include original paperwork, and return items within 10 days of receipt.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you have any questions call us at 866-524-0459.
